A missing persons call turned into a murder investigation for Kentucky State Troopers after they found the body of the missing man in the backyard of a residence.

At approximately 11:41 pm, the Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green received a call from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office requesting assistance with a possible missing person. Troopers responded to the scene at 140 McDonald Road.

During the investigation, Troopers located Johnny L Crawford, 31, of Bethpage, TN, deceased in the backyard of the residence. Crawford had not been heard from or seen in approximately three days. Glen L Snook, 68, of Adolphus, was arrested and charged with Murder and other charges relating to the incident.

Snook was lodged in the Allen County Detention Center. Detective Allen Shirley is leading the investigation, which is ongoing.
