Kentucky officials: 2 dead in Fourth of July shooting

Kentucky officials say two people are dead after a early Fourth of July shooting in Lexington.
WKYT reports that the shooting occurred at approximately 2 a.m. Sunday on Danielle Lane.
When police responded to a medical emergency, they found one person on the ground with gunshot wounds and another person inside a nearby car, also with gunshot wounds.
The Fayette County Coroner identified the victims as one man, 27-year-old Shaquille Louis Newby, and one woman, 26-year-old Tyler Malahn Sandusky.
No other details have been reported in the investigation.
